NO NOMINATIONS or ACCEPTANCE will be received after the advertised time, of closing, under any pretence whatever, or unless accompanied by the necessary amounts. 3. In all NOMINATIONS the NAME, age at time of entry, pedigree) color, sex, and previous performances of tiic r horso and ''colours of rider must bo given "(spcoial attention is requested to this rule). 4. A Hack shall be a horse that has never started for other than Hack or Hunter races, and is not at tiio time of mooting nominated for other than Hack or Hunter DATES, NOMINATIONS, WEIGHTS, AND ACCEPTANCES.
