A scratch match was fired by the members of the Wairarapa Gun Olub at the yards of Messrs Lowe* and loms The-firsiiweep, whioh was a five bird match, was won by Mr A. P. Whatman, who killed four birds. In the second sweep, a four bird match, Messrs A. P. What- - man and E. H. Waddington tied, each killing the whole of the four birds. The shooting oa the whole was very good, and Homo fine. sport was pro* v Vided. .■ . .' ■ / ; . '
