Three competitors to start or ho race; four or no Becond ; five or no third. _ 2. If necessary the race to be run in heats. 3. In the event of the Bcratch man not accepting, the others to be put backaccordingly. 4. The judges decision to be final. 5. Nominations accompanied by performances for the years, to be sent to the Secretary on or before Jauuary 4th for the following events—2, 4, 7,9,13 and 15. Handicaps to be declared on 10th January and published. 6. No nomination will be received unless accompanied by the proper fee ; postal notes preferred. 7. Acceptances close for the above eventß on the 19th January. 8. Competitors disobeying the starter to be put each one yard for each offence for the first two offences; for the third to be disquali- ] fled.
9. The sports to be postponed in the event of the weather proving unfavorable. 10. Any competitor running under an assumed name will be disqualified. (Engine Competition—One Man). No 3 event in the programme, it will be noticed that the lßt prize haß been altered to £1 and Silver Cup. and in No 10, (Engine Competition Five men) the Ist prize is L 5 and Silver Medal.
