If the performance on Monday is on a par with that of Saturday, and it the judge does not consider in the Dunedin Garrison Band a demerit, the first three ' are expected to be Invercargill Garrison, Oamaru Narals, .and Donedin Garrison,and the firsts second, or third may be taken by either according, to treatment of Us own selection. The fourth, fifth, and sixth may be taken by either Christchurch Garrison, Oamaru Garrison (if their liberties with the tempo of the composition does not debar them), and Donedin Ordnance, tbe playing of ..their own selection again probably 'settling their order. There wag a .attendance throughout the evening.
