Horses walking over will receive 50 per cent of the stakes. A Hack shall mean a horse that has never, during this racing season, started for or entered for, weisht-for-age, or handicap at time of starting, and has not been nominated lor Derbies, Champagnes, or Guineas, to be run for this racing season, Hack Races excepted.
