In consequence of the interview between M. de Giers and (he German Emperor, Russian stock fell. The Russian Government has ordered half a million pounds cf soldiers biscuits to be ready in .January. The order has caused con. siderable uneasiness in St. Petersburg. Berlin, November 25. The Gorman Gpvernnient is making enquiries with a view to introducing legislation for the control of the bourses and stock exchanges, Bismarck has no wish to re-enter public life, as his bodily vigour is waning. Paris, November 25. Two Englishmen have been arrested at St.Etienne on n charge of espionage. They admitted having obtained the mechanism of the new rife. '
