EKETAHUNA ROAD BOARD. is hereby given that it is the intention of the Board to raise a loan under " The Local Bodie3 Loans Act, 1886," particulars of which are as follows : The work to be undertaken is 109 chaius of formation and 12 chains of bushfelling on the Makakahi Road North. The amount to be borrowed is i'4oo. The amount to be set apart *in each year towards paying off the loan is £22 4». To meet the interest and annual charges oa the proposed loan, a special rate of fourpence halfpenny in the pound will be levied on the rateable value, for the time beiug of the following propertics :—Sections 7, Ba, 9, 14a, 15, IG, 17, 18, 20, 31, Block 11, Mangaone Survey District.
