Chaxltaola Md Dunedin, November 19. At the meeting of the Charitable Aid Board to-day it was stated that the Benevolent Trustees would be overdrawn at the end of the year by £I6OO in excess of the estimate. It was explained that this was due _to the li«rge increase of outdoor relief. In a general discussion the opinion was expressed thit so long as outdoor relief was given it would go on increasing. It was suggested that the Trustees should get a farm to which those who could work should be sen t instead of giving outdoor relief. A committee was appointed to ascertain if the investments ot the Trustees could not bo realised and nsed to meet current expenditure. TO-NIGHT! SALVATION ARMYmHKEK DAYS'SPECIAL Mfcl'iT- -. IJSGS.
