Letters 'were read from the County Clerjf re Akitio Board subsidising the (Castle Point Riding ; from same re engineer's services to the Board being allowed; ircm A'ldit Office with Balance Sheet certified to; from Mr John Hennessy, applying for a grant of £SO as a progress payment on his Aohanga Valley road.

The overseer was directed to arrange with Mr Hennessy for any necessary alterations in the culvorts. Tho next meeting was fixed for 17th December.
