7 HIGGLES WORTH & BINNS, PHOTOGRAPHERS, 7, Willis-Street, Wellington. OPINIONS OF THE PRESS "Wairakapa Daily, 3rd October, 1891: —" They have iudeedj succestfully negotiated the difficult part of combining first class work with astonishingly low prices in a most satisfactory manner. It is utterly impossible to Attempt a description of the wealth of artistic portraiture which surrounds a visitor to Messrs "Wrigglesworth and Binna' studio. For originality in conception, taste in the selection of back grounds, and careful finish, each picture is a marvel of perfection, and one wonders whether photography has not now reached its highest perfection, &c., &c. Etkning Post, September 26th, 1891. —" The lighting appears to be almost, if net quite, perfection. The pictures u#der notice present the sitters in a perfectly natural manner. Messrs Wngglesortt & Binns, judging fiom the recent pictures they hire turned out, may be regarded aB artists rather than mere photographers —in fact, the specimens exhibited by Messrs Wriggles worth and Binns to-day would be considered creditable to any photographic artist in either London, Paris, or Vienna. The firm have certainly not only reduced their charges, but have at the same time vastly improved their work."
