It has the right of cnt ting the splendid Totara Forest, 700 acres of bush, at Weriite. Close to the bush is erected a Mill, almost new, with all the latest improvements in machinery, and in splendid working order. A tramway connects with the Te Ore Ore road. In addition to the timber, the Company has also the sole right to the limestone on the property, of which'there is abundance, and of superior quality. The Company has purchased the right to cut 420 acres bush on Mr A. Burnett's property, Ferniidse, and a Mill is being worked there in connection with the business. The whole of the Timber from both properties is delivered at the Kuripuni Mill belonging to the Company where planing and Moulding Machines are erected, and this portion of the work is carried out.

The Company has under negotiation other timber rights which, with those already acquired, will secure to it an ample supply for many y9ars. The Company possesses in Wei linston and in the South Island a profit, able market for all timber it can produce and the directors are of the opinion that apart from its importance as a local industry the enterprise will prove a sound investment. One thousand shares are already allotted, the balance being now offered to the public. Copies of the prospectus and further particulars can be obtained upon application to Mr Hendeson, ?t the office of the Company Kuripuni, or from any director, or from the Bank of New South Waled, Masterton.
