Dagg, Masterton, and is out of his prize mare Graoe, by Lord Nelson. Grace cut of Jenny, by Young Prince Charley, Jenny was bred by Mr A. Coc'iburn, Manaia, and is out of Jess by Young Lofty, Grace was only exhibited ouce when she gained firat as a two y:ar old. Jenney Masher's grand darn was. only exhibited three time*, gaining three first and twoupoolal prises. Lord Nelson was wellknown to breeders in the Wairarapa, and gained many honours in the show ring, not only here, but in the Soutli Island. The Masher gained first prize in Masterton in 1885 also Mr Lawrence's special of £5 for the best foal by Lord Nelson, and in 1886 he gained first at Carterton. It is needless to say any more aa the above named horses were so well and favorably known in the Wairarapa, is in tself a sufficient guarantee to breeders. The Masher will travel to Grey town on Tuesdays and Masterton on Thursdays, and the rest of the week at his owner's stables, Park Road, Carterton.
