Horses walking over will receive 5Q per crnt of the Stakes. 8 All persons intending to withdraw Horses are requested to give notice tn writing to the Secretary half an hour before the official time of starting such race. Any person neglecting or refusing to comply with thj« rule shall pay a fine, to be imposed by the Stewards, not exceeding £5, which shall be placed to the credit of the race fund.
