A Hack shall mean a horse that has never started for, or is entered for. a weight for age or handicap at time of starting, and has not been nominated for Derbies Champagnes, or Guineas to be run for thi . racing season : hack races excepted. 5. In all Nominations for Handicaps the oe, age, pedigrc?, color, sex, and previous ...formances of the horse, name of owner and colors of rider must be given.
