It's always the small matters that cause the trouble. Mrs O'Leary's cow kicked over the kerosene lamp and burned down Chicago ; a little stream of water half an inch wide washed away the dam at Conemaugh, and lost thousands of lives at the Johnston disaster. So it is with disease : it begins in a small way and prndually extends its ramifications untO it is complete master cf the situation, and then it is, probably, too late to do any good. The way to allay disease is to attack it in its initial stages. When sickness is coram? ou it always gives ample warning. The symptoms are slight, perhaps, but none the less important. Approaching disease alvays oasts its shadows before. Different people get different symptoms—one gets headache, another neuralgia, a third lassitude, a fourth lass of appetit9, and so on. Any constitutional disturbance must tell you that the processes of life are not properly progressing, that some part of the human* machinery is disorganised, and if you neglect this irregularity chrouiu disease will possibly be the result Hundreds of people are hurried into untimely graves through neglect of the first symptoms. We want you to know that Clements Tonic is the article that will arrest the progress of disease of all kinds if taken at the onset. Clements Tonic is an article that will arrest the progress of animal life ; it aids perspiratioiisfud respiration, seoretion, digestion, Assimilation, elimation. and excretioa* it stimulates the liver, and cleanses the congested hsepatic glands and ducts, and renal passages of all morbid and impure accumulations. Clements Tonic invigorates the stomach and regulates the bowels, and braces up the whole corporeal structure. It prevents the relaxation and depression so prevalent in the ho weather, enriches the blood, restores all lost nerve power, and gives tone to the system. Clements Tonic will do all this, and more—it will save life ; and the evidence which we have received from its influential patrons and the eulogistic press notices are sufficient to prove the above statements even to the most seep tical. For instance, J. T. Gray; Esq.Bwan Bay, N.S.W., writes: I haveßreat pleasure in informing you that I have derived great benefit from Clements Tonic. Having lately been quite prostated by mental strains and worry, I was recommended Clements Tonic. The first bottle relieved me, and I felt like another body altogether; and I now recommend it to all my friends. And Messrs S Bond, Harden, Murramburrah, N.S.W., writes : I beg to say that I bite) suffered terribly from neuralgia, and tried every remedy known, until 1 procured Clement's Tonic, and after two doses the effect was marvellous. I have taken altogether six small bottles, and ■inoaV then have not had the slightest years. I honestly believe Clements Tonic to be tbe. most genuine medicine I ever used. 1 shall recommend it to all my friends afflicted as I was.
