Judgment was civen for tb>f laintiff in the case in which E. ton claimed the sum of from Thomas Watson for wages" alleged to be due and owing, for £9 3» and costs, A set off was put in by the defendant for injury done to horses. Mr Beard appeared for the plaintiff and Mr Pownall for defendant.
