Rioting in Paris. The Sigri IncidentThreatened Political Crisis m Austria(United Press Association.) Pakis, September 19. The production of the opera " Lohengrin " has led to further rioting, and 160 of those suspected of taking part in the disturbance have been arrested. Constantinople, Sept 19. Kiamil Pasha, the Grand Vizier, who it was alleged was dismissed from office owing to his adopting a policy favourable to England, has been granted a pension of £BOOO by the Sultan. St. Petersburg, Sept. 20. The Novro Vremya, in discussing the action of the British squadron in manoeuvring at Sigri, demands the punishment of the Admiral who was responsible for the sacre. It is alleged the Russian police are secretly propagatinga Liberal agitation in Poland and Lithuania, in order to give the Government an opportunity of using oppressive measures. Berlin, September 20.

The Emperor is anxious that the birthday of Karl Theodore Eorner, the popular German poet and patriot, who in 1818 incited the expulsion of the French, shall be celebrated with enthusiasm on Wednesday next. Vienna, September 20. The Austrian Minister of "War demands that the peace footing of the Austrian army shall be inoreased by 29,000, and the erection of a third fortified camp in Galioia. A split in the Cabinet is likely to result, and the Emperor Francis Joseph will probably be asked to settle the difference.

Paris, September 20. [ .Le Dibatig, in referring to the recent speech of the Emperor of Germany, considers that he is posing strictly as a military Emperor who is eager to the past.
