The Property Tax,
Wellington, Thursday, The Property Tax valuation of land will be made this year as in November Ist, instcid of October Ist. Applic* ations are now being invited by the Department from competent vajygpre who are willing to act »s assessors. It is intended in the more important districts to appoint inspecting assessors, who will confer with the assessors. By this method it is hoped a uniform estimate of laud values will be arrived at.
