EKETAHUNA ROAD BOARD. rOTICE is hereby given that it is the intention of the Board to raise a loan under "The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1886," particulars of which are as follows; Tho work to be undertaken is one mile of formation (more or less), with bridges or culverts as required, on the Central Manga* one Road East. The. amount to be borrowed is £4OO. The amount to be set apart in each year towards paying off the loan is £22 4s. To meet the interest and aunual charges on the proposed loan a special rate of five pence in the pound will be levied on the rateable value, for the time being, of the following properties:—Sections 23,24,25, 26, 36, 37, 38, 39, 46, Block 7, Mangaono Survey District. Cost of raising loan and first years' interest to be paid out of loan.
