A Hack shall mean a horse that has never started for, oris entered for, a weight for age or handicap at time of starting, and has not been nominated for Derbies, Champagnes, -or Guineas to be run for this raring season: hack races excepted. 5. In all Nominations for Handicaps the. name, age, pedigree, color, sex> and previous performances of the horse, name of owner and colors of rider must be given.
