"OTICE is hereby given that it is the intention of the Board to raise a loan under "The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1886," particulars of which are as follows: — The work to be undertaken is one mile of formation (more or less), with bridges or culverts as required, on the Central Mangaone Road East. The amount to be borrowed is £4OO. The amount to be set apart in each year towards paying off the loan is £22 4s. To meet the interest and annual charges on the proposed loan a special rate of five penee in the pound will be levied on the rateable value, for the time being, of the following properties:—Sections 23,24,25, 26, 3i), 37, 38, 39, 46, Block 7, Mangaone Survey District. Cost of raising loan and first years' interest to be paid out of loan.
