"OTICE is hereby given that it is the intention of the Board to raise a loan under "The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1886," particulars of which are as follows: — The work to be undertaken is one mile of formation (more or less), with bridges or culverts as required, on the Central Mangaone Road East. The amount to be borrowed is £4OO. The amount to be set apart in each year towards paying off the loan is £22 4s. To meet the interest and annual charges on the proposed loan a special rate of five penee in the pound will be levied on the rateable value, for the time being, of the following properties:—Sections 23,24,25, 26, 3i), 37, 38, 39, 46, Block 7, Mangaone Survey District. Cost of raising loan and first years' interest to be paid out of loan. AKITIO ROAD DISTRICT, JIN intention of the Akitio Road Board at a meeting to be held on THURSDAY, the 17th September next, to strike a General Rate of one halfpenny in the £ on the rateable value of all rateable property in the District for the year ending 31st March, 1892, such rate to be due and payable in two equal instalments on the 31st December, 1891, and lat March, 1892, at the office of the Board.
