Glove Manufacturer, in Grenoble (France). The said Kirkcaldie and Stains agree to become the SOLE AGENTS for E Calvat Fils for the sale of the said E. C. Fils' Kid Gloves in New Zealand for the Term of Nine Tears. The following are the terms and conditions on which this present agreement is signed and confirmed: — Ist. That the said Kiricaldie and Staini order not less that ONE THOU SAND POUNDS worth of JS. Calvat Fils' Gloves per year. 2nd. All Gloves shall be up to the stan dards of the different qualities or dered, such standards to be takei from Kirkcaldie and Stains' stock o E. Calvat Fils' Gloves. 3rd. This agreement shall date from Is July, 1891. 4th. That all gloves shall be delivered 11 London to Kirkcaldie and Stains appointed Agents within ton week after receipt of order, and shall bi well and faithfully packed in tisßui wadding and boxed, and in air tigh zinc and wood cases, these to b charged for on invoice. 6th. Prices shall be as quoted, excep the market for skins alters. Th terms shall be 1J per cent promp cash. 6th. All goods must be sound and new and free from blemish aud spots but it is distinctly understood tha after they have been controlled b; K & S's Agentß in London E.
