The Land Bill was recommitted and after some discussion read a third time and passed.
THE LAND AND INCOME BILL. Certain amendments were proposed in this Bill by message from His Excellency the Governor.
The Premier, in moving that the amendments be agreed to, explained tbat they were made with the object of enabling assessments to be made before April next, which was not olearly set forth by the BiH.
