WAIRABAPA NORTH COUNTY. LICENSING ELECTION & LOCAL OPTION POLL. THE election of five duly qualified persons to form a Committee for the Masterton Licensing District for the ensuing period of three years, will be held on FRIDAY, the 4th of September, 1891. .Nominations of condiaatea will be received at the County Council Office, Masterton, until noon on FRIDAY, the 28th instant.
