Fils' Kid Gloves in New Zealand for the Term of Nine Years. The following are the terms and conditions on which this present agreement is signed and confirmed: —

Ist. That the said Kirkcaldie and Stains order not less that ONE THOUSAND POUNDS worth of E. Calvat Fils' Gloves per year. 2nd. All Gloves shall be up to the standards of the different qualities ordered, such standards to be taken from Kirkcaldie and Stains' stock of E. Calvat Fils' Gloves. 3rd. This agreement shall date from Ist July, 1891. 4th. That all gloves shall be delivered in London to Kirkcaldie and Stains appointed Agents within ten weekf after receipt of order, and shall be well ana faithfully packed in tissut wadding and boxed, and in air tighl zinc and wood cases, these to b< charged for on invoice. sth. Prices Bhall be as quoted, except the market for skins alters. Thi terms shall be 1|- per cent promp cash. 6th. All goods must be sound and new and free from blemish and spots but it is distinctly understood tha after they have been controlled b; K & S's Agents in London E.
