A General Rate in the Whareama Outlying District of 3 4tha of a penny in the £. The above Rates will be made on the Rateable Value tor the time being, of all the rateable property within the said County Ridings and Outlying District respectively, and will be payable at the County Offices, Masterton, in one instalment, on the 15th day of SEPTFMBER, 1891.
