EMORANDUM of Agreementmade I between KIBKCALDIE and, STAINS, Drapers, Wellington, N.Z., and E. CALVAT FILS. Glove Manufacturer, in Grenoble (France). The said Kirkcaldie and Stains agree to become the SOLE AGENTS forE. Calvat Fils for the sale of the said E. C. Fils' Kid Gloves in New Zealand for the Term of Nine Years. The following are the terms and conditions on which this present agreement is signed and confirmed:— Ist. That the said Kirkcaldie and Stains order not less that ONE THOUSAND POUNDS worth of K. Calvat Fils' Gloves per year. 2nd. All Gloves shall be np to the standards of the different qualities ordered, such standards to be taken from Kirkcaldie and Stains' stock of E. Calvat Fils' Gloves. Brd. This agreement shall date from Ist July, 1891. 4th. That all gloves shall be delivered in London to Kirkcaldie and Stains' appointed Agents within ten weeks after receipt of order, and shall be well and faithfully packed in tissue wadding and boxed, and in air tight zinc and wood cases, these to be charged for on invoice. sth. Prices shall be as quoted, except the market for skins alters. The terms shall be J J per cent prompt cash. 6th, All goods must be sound and new, and free from blemish and spots ; but it is distinctly understood that after they have been controlled by K & S's Agents in Loudon E. Calvat Fils will nob have to support any damage or loss that could happen on the way to tf ew Zealand. 7th. Indents must be executed exactly to colors, sizes, qualities, quantities, and time. Bth, In consideration of the proper fulfilment of the preceeding clauses E.
