(By Telegraph). Hooting of HatlTOi. A larges^^^^F<s*Natives was held this Parliamentary Building the pro* visions of the Native Land Bill. Mr W. L. Rees, who was present, ex* plained the 7arious provisions of the Bill, and expressed the opinion that the measure in many respects was not in favour of the native race, but that the appointment of the Administra- . tive Board which the Bill provided fer would equalise matters and prove a great boon to the natives.
