BOROUGH of MASTERTON LICENSING DISTRICT. In the matter of " The Licensing Act, 1881," "Theßegulation of Local Elections Act, 1876," and the amendments thereof. WHEREAS the Clerk of the Licensing Committee for theßoroughof Masterton Licensing District has, by writin" under his hand, dated the 20th day of° JULY, 3891, notified me as RETURNING OFFICER for the said District, that at a sitting of the Resident Magistrate's Court holden at Masterton on the 15th day of JULY, 1891, the Resident Magistrate declared void the election of the Borough of Masterton Licensing Committee bolden at Masterton on the 29th of MAY, 1891, and whereaß the vacancies thereby created are deemed to be extraordinary vacancies and a freßh election is necessary to till the Baine, I therefore appoint FRIDAY, .the SEVENTH DAY of AUGUST, 1891, the day for the election of five persons to fill the said vacancies, and I appoint the Town Clerk's Office, Chapel street, Masterton, the place, and THURSDAY the 30th day of J ULY, 1891, the day for receiving the nomination of candidates.
