BOROUGH of MASTERTON LICENSING DISTRICT. In the matter of "The Licensing Act, 1881," "Theßegulation of Local Elections Act, 1876," and the amendments thereof. WHEREAS the Clerk of the Licensing Committee for theßoroughof Maaterton Licensing District has, by writ* ing under his hand, dated the 20th day of JULY, ]B9l, notified me as KE TURNING OFFICER for the said District, that at a sitting of the Resident Magistrate's Couit holden at Masterton on the 15th day of JULY, 1891, the Resident Magistrate declared void the election of the Borough of Masterton Licensing Committee holden at Masterton on the 29th. of MAY, 1891, and whereas the| yacincies thereby created are deemed to be extraordinary vacancies and a fresh election is necessary to fill the same, I therefore appoint FRIDAY, the SEVENTH DAY of AUGUST, 1891, the day for the election of five persons to till the said vacancies, aud I appoint the Town Clerk's Office, Chapel street, Masterton, the place, and THURSDAY the 30th day of J ULY, 1891, ihe day for receiving the nomination of candidates.
