Wellington, Friday, A bankrupt chemist, named Gall, has made a statement to the Assignee whioh may produce some sensational results. He bought bis business on the representation that it would yield Ll6 or Ll7 per week, but he alleges the return was only Lfi, hone* bis bankruptcy. He added some particulars as to the alleged nature of the business carried on by the former owner of a startling character, for which that owner, who was represent ted by counsel, threatens a libel action.
