THERE AS the Clerk of the Licenf sing Committee for theßoroughof Masterton Licensing District has, by writing under his hand, dated the 20th day of JULY, 1891, notified me as h.E TURNING OFFICER for the said District, that at a sitting of the Resident Magistrate's Court holden at Masterton on the 15th day of JULY, 1891, the Resident Magistrate declared void the election of the Borough of Masterton Licensing Committee holden at Masterton on the 29th of MAY, 1891, and whereas the yacancies thereby created are deemed to be extraordinary vacancies and a fresh election is necessary to fill the same, I therefore appoint FRIDAY, the SEVENTH DAY of AUGUST, 1891, the day for the election of five persons to fill the said vacancies, and I appoint the Town Clerk's Office, Chapel street, Maßterton, the place, and THURSDAY the 30th day of J ULY, 1891, the day for receiving the nomination of candidates.
