It is reported that the Palmerston Assembly of the Knights of Labour '' " has passed the following resolutions which are to be forwarded to Govern* meat :—"That this Assenbly of Knights of Labour conoeives it to be '. ■; the duty of all publio bccdes to use j. every legitimate means to assist in
