MASTERTON.—WEDNESDAY. (Before His Honour District Judge Robinson.)
BANKRUPTCY BUSINESS. The examination of Thomas Munday and T. J. James wasordeied to sUnd over till August 12th. Mr. Pownall applied that the bankruptcy of James Muir be annulled. Granted. The bankruptcy of James Ross waß declared closed, and the 12th of A ugnst fixed as the day on which he should apply tor his discharge. The bankruptcies of G. H. Pope, David Anderson, Henry King, John Daysh.junr., James Bray, Wilfred Wolf, James Dower, D. F. Moriarty and John Gunther were declared closed, and the bankrupts ordered to come up for their discharge on the 12th of August.
