MASTERTON—THURSDAY. (Before Colonel Roberts, R.M.) Civil Cases. ' A.Hathaway (Borough Collector) v G. Allen.—Claim, £8 8s for rates. Judgment for amount claimed, with Court costs, 6s. Butler Bros, v Hodges—Judgment summons. The defendant appeared and disputed the claim, stating he had paid certain amounts for which he bad not been credited. He produced a receipt, showing that ah least one amount had been paid. Mr Pownall appeared for the plaintiffs. An order was made for the payment of the amount before the 81st inst-
