Thebe is an Association in America known as Internationalists, Anarchists, and sometimes as dynamiters, which is recognised as an advance 1 guard Of Socialism, and which has for its programs " free lands," ! 'free tools," and "free money." The Internationalists attack both religion and the family, and even the marriage tie is held np to derisjon, and the public bringing up of all children is advocated. The favorite argument of the Association is dynamite, and one of its organs known as the San Francisco Truth is wont to say that " Truth is five cents a copy, and dynamite forty cents a pound." The order looks forward to a coming revolution, and to haston lt.bypocrisy, fraud, deceit, adultery, robbery and murder are held sacred. In the Colonies of the Southern Hemisphere we have not yet reached the Inter- .. --list stage, but we are moving natioiiu. aail gome of our on towards i», with pubhc men seem ahnosu*_ -_ la certain of its teachings. For exam*... it publishes the following instructions to agitators:— " Bring right borne to the wage worker the question of hi 3 servitude and poverty." " Create disgust with, and rebellion against existing usages, for success lies through general dissatisfaction." " The masses must have something fetale. in setting class is Keir remarkable organ, Truth, publisued upon one occasion the bill o2 .fare of a rich man*s dinner, and Vdvised labourers to cut it out of the p\per and paste it in the " old tin coSee pot at home." It is by means like this that in certain plague spots of the United States bells on earth are developed, where disunion in society is cherished, where each man is taugijt to raise his hand against his neighbor, and to plot against his friend. Tliis is gospel of the nineteenth ceaturyv-the very antithesis of the leaeb/ngs of the man of Galileo— save society by dissolving all its tK and corrupting I all its members. Purity, goodness and truth, all sense of honor, and worth are discarded from the openly avowed doctrines ofthe Internationalists of America. There may be a gulf between the Anarchists of the States and the Democrats of New Zealand, but who can say tlie gulf is not being raVdly bridged, and that while the dynamiters of America form the vanguard of the Socialistic army, the agitators of this Colony form the rear guard, or are to be found amongst the camp followers ?
