Borough Licensing Committee, under the provisions of' The Regulation of Local Elections Act, 1876," should be declared void on the grounds set forth in the said petition. And it is hereby further notified that it is my intention to hold an enquiry into the matter alleged in the said petition, on Tuesday, the 23rd day of j June, 1891, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, at the Besident Magistrate's Courthouse, Masterton, at which time and place all' persons concerned in the said enquiry are required to be in. &£t6DQ&IICB Dated this 18th day of June, 1891.
