ESTATE OF G. H. POPE.
Tlia following statement has been filed in the estate of G. H. Pope, bankrupt, of Tenui:—Liabilities, LI 27 15s 4d, assets, nil. The liabilities arp made up as follows ~ Christchurch ; A. Nioholls, L2G lOs; J. Anderson, Ll6 ; W. Moore, L2B; H. Thurmann, L 6 10s; Ballantyne & Co., LI 9s, Ashbqroon—A. Curtis, L2O i T. (ioodsall, L 8 15s; 0. Collier, L 7 Us 4d; A. Hessetline, L 3 iJ. Clark, L 3; G. Scctt, L 3. ESTATE OF TODD BROS. A meeting of creditors in the estate of Todd Bros., farmers, was held on Wednesday, the Deputy Official Assignee presiding. The bankrupts were not present. The Assignee seated that notice had been sent to the last knpwn place of abode, but the debtore had not received the notice. He bad received a telegram from the polipe at Napier stating that the debtors were supposed to have left for Wairoa. It was decided that the Assignee take steps to recover the ÜBsets in the estate, and dispose of them without iielgy,
