MASTERTOU EOAD DISTRICT NOTICE is hereby given that it is the intention of the Board, with the consent of the Ratepayers interested to raise the following Loan under the " The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1886." The amount to be borrowed is £1,500. The work to be undertaken is formation on Northcroft's Road between its junction with the Eaka-amu Valley and Dorset's Roads. The amount to be set apart in each year towards paying off the Loan is £75. To meet the interest and annual oharges on the Loan a Special Rate of 9|d in the £ will be struck on the rateable value for the time being of Sections 78, 80,81, .82, 83.
