ROAD BOARD.
A special meeting of the Eketahuna Koad Board was held on May 29th. Present—Messrs W. B. Matbeson (chairman), M. Neilson, T. Dowsett, and T. Parsons.
The following schedule of proposed thirds was presented:—Central Mangaone road West, £26 17s 6d-; Bowen road South, £2O 4s lOd ; Bowen road North, £5 2s ; Hawera road, £2l 19s 4d; Mekakihi road South, £8 15s ; Mangaramarama, £4 4a 5d ; Smith's line, £8 16s 4d; Scharman's line, £lB Is 4d ; jCentral Mangaone road East, £ll 18s 6d; Main road Hefty % £6 4s 2d; Mangarongaonga road, £l2 8s Id; Main road Waiwaka, £8 17s 6d; Alfredton road, £BO 2s 2d; flawera road West, £ls 6s 6d; Hutt special settlement Block, £l6O 19s sd; Masterton Hawera special settlement Block, £l2 6s 6d; Nonius's road, £8 15s. .
As this was all the business the meeting then adjourned,
