Woman's Franchise.
[To the Editor.] Sib.—l observe that someone asks through your columns whether any* thing is being done in getting signatures to a petition to Parliament in reference to the woman's franchise. I just write to say fcliat my wife, assisted by Mrs Gillespie and others, of Masterton, has just sent in to headquarters a petition to both Houses, signed by nearly a hundred of the women of the Wairarapa. lam, etc., W.
