The Master ton Rjfle Volunteers assembled at eleven o'cloqk, and marched to the Park Oval, where -a feudejoie was fired in honor of Her Majesty,; followed- by the ren» ydition in exquisite taste and harmony of the National Anthem by Pearson's Brass Band. The volunteers were then paraded in review order by the commanding officer, Captain Pownall, , and the march back to the DrilNshed, ' headed by the exctllent martial strains 4 of 'the Band, created quite an imposing ■' appearance. Altogether, Her Bidet Gracious Majesty should feel proud of the loyalty with which the 72nd anniversary of her birthday was 1 > celebrated in this district. •
