MABTERTON TOWN LANDS TRUST. REPORT of the Masterton Trußt I Lands Trustees to be submitted to the Annual Meeting of Voters in the Drill Hall, Mastertoa, on FRIDAY, 15th May, 1891, at 8 o'clock, pTft.:— Your Trustees have the pleasure of submitting their Annual Report with the Balance Bhest, for the year ended 31st March, 1891. You will observe by the Balance Sheet the usual grants which have been made to the various local bodies and towards the improvement of the Trust properties. In addition to a grant of £lO towards erecting a Fire Brigade Station at Kuripnni your Trnsteeß gave a site for the building at a nominal rental.

Your Trustees are pleased to bo able to state that the tenant? are, up£n the whole, very punctual in thoir payments, and amicable arrangements exist between both parties. The funds of the Trust are in a healthy condition, but the apparent balance is subject to redaction to the amount of £153 unnexpended appropriations. You. will be asked to elect two Trustees in place of Messrs Renall and who are the retiring former of whom being eligible-' offers himself for re-election.
