A NEW TOWNSHIP.
[By Telegraph] (From our own Correspondent) Wellington, Monday. The new township of Randwick, adjacent to the Hutt Racecourse, was sold by Messrs. Harconrt and Co. at auction on Saturday. There was a good attendance, and Mr, Harcourt was successful in disposing of twenty - Bix out of a total of twenty eight sections offered. The allotments \vere each a quarter acre, and prices nine pounds ten shillings pounds. 'Among the purchasers was Mr. F. H. Wood, of Greytown, who bought three sections.
