EKET4 HUNA-FRIDAY. (Before Colonel Roberts, 8.M.) D. McGill v Henry Roberts. Mr Gould for plaintiff. Claim £1 12s for board and, lodging.

Plaintiff, sworn, deposed that defendant Doarded with him for thirteen days in January last. Ho claimed at the rate of 10s per week. He had made a claim but got no satisfaction.

By the Bench : He had worked for me part of two days. The board commenced on the 12th January. Eliza McGill, wife of plaintiff, gave evidence as to the defendant hoarding with them, but could noli say when or how long. The defendant claimed a [nonsuit on the ground that the summons did not state particulars. The plaintiff was nonsuited accordingly. Maurice Kelliher v. Patrick O'Gorman. Mr Gould for plaintiff. Claim, £8 Is Gd. The defendant did not appear. Judgment for amount claimed, with Court costs 16s, counsel's fee £ 1 2s, R. H. Wright v, P. Carr. Mr Gould for plaintiff. No appearance of defendant. Plaintiff ackno .vledged receiving a cheque for the amount of tho claim after the service of the summons. Judgment for the plaintiff with costs 7s>.
