Wellington, Friday. , It lias been definitely decided that' ' the Attorney-General shall initiate proceedings to test the validity of the . Edwards appointment, and tlio Hon. Mr Buckley its now in consultation with Sir Robert Stout as to the form ; the process shall take. Mr H. B. Yogel is also retained as solioitor. Special powers vest in AttorneyGeneral which enable him to raiea such questions before the Assembled Judges, who may, if they think fit, resolve themselves into a Oourt of Appeal.
