ENGLISH. London, April 27. Influenza is raging at Stockpo rt, Poutefract, and Lincoln, and a large number of deaths are reported, April 28. The Queen has started for Cherbourg. A meeting of some three hundred persons, including 40 M.P.'s, will be held on Friday, to discuss the exclusion of penniless foreigners from tho United Kingdom. The fund sent on foot by Baron Hirsch for assisting Russian Jews to settle in America and Australia, has now reached three millions sterling.
