Iti the matter of the "Municipal Corporation Act. 1886," "The Regulation of Local Elections Act, 1876," and the amendments thereof. -V New Zealand Gazette, dated Thursday, 23rd April, 1891, the Borough of Mostetton is divided into three Wards, named respectively, "East Ward," " West Ward," and " Outer Ward," and by suoh division the whole of the present Councillors go out of office, and an election of three Councillors for each of the said Wards is to be held I therefore give public notice that I have appointed Thursday, the 14th day of May, 1891, to be the day for the election of Councillors to fill the extraordinary vacancies created, and I hereby appoint the following places and days for receiying the nominations of candidates, viz:— EAST WARD.
