'TOTICE is hereby given that elections to till vacancies in subdivision* 1 and 2 of the Masterton Road District, created by the retirement by ballot of Messrs DAG 6 and McbEOD, will be held on WEDNESDAY, the 6th day of May, 1891. Ratepayers are specially reminded that those whose names still remain on the Defaulters Lists after the rolls are finally made up in June will be disqualified from participating in any election which may occur during the tvelve months commencing on Ist] July, 1891.
