PUBLIC NOTICE. UPPER TiUERU ROAD DISTRICT. THE nomination of three gentlemen to act as members of the Board for the district, (in place of the same number who retire in May, but may be re-elected), will close at the Road Board office at Bideford, at 12 noon, on SATURDAY, April 25th. In the event 'if more gentlemen being nominated than there are vacancies to be filled, the poll will be taken on MONDAY, May 4th, Tho ANNUAL MEETING of ratepayers of the district will be held at the Road Board Office at Bideford on SATURDAY, May 2nd. at 2 o'clock p.m. E. THE election of three members for the above Board in place of Messrs Langdon, Maunsell, and Sutherland for Noa 2,3, and 4 sub divisions respectively will be held on TUESDAY, the sth May.
